What this service is
My Home Update is a property information and enquiry service for homeowners. You give us details about your home; we prepare a personalised property update using recent local sales, market movement and the information you've provided.
What a property update is not
A property update, market estimate or indicative market position is not a registered valuation and not a formal written appraisal. It should not be relied on for lending, tax, legal, insurance, matrimonial or trust purposes. If you need a registered valuation, engage a registered valuer.
Formal appraisals
A formal real estate appraisal generally requires a licensed salesperson to inspect the property in person and consider comparable sales and current market conditions. Any figure discussed before that inspection is indicative only.
Accuracy
We prepare updates in good faith using information available to us, including what you tell us. Markets move and property data is never complete, so we can't guarantee that any estimate, comparable sale or market comment is accurate, current or complete.
Who handles your enquiry
My Home Update is a property information and enquiry service. Tauranga and Western Bay of Plenty appraisal enquiries are handled by licensed real estate professionals from McKenzie | Parker & Co, Ray White Bayfair. Any estimate or property update shown or supplied before an in-person appraisal is indicative only and is not a registered valuation.
